Elegance Cruise 2009 Program

The 6th edition of the Cruise Elegance took place from 10 to 13 April 2009, edited by Dominique LEHERRE.

FRIDAY 10 APRIL 2009

• 17:00 – 20:00    Reception of the rally participants at the hotel NOVOTEL in ROUEN
• 20:30    Dinner at the restaurant of the hotel.
  

SATURDAY 11 APRIL  2009

• 09:30    Start of the morning drive from the hotel.
• 10:30    Free visit of Harcourt estate and castle.
  

• 12:00    Continuation of the morning drive towards Bec Helloin
• 12:30    Luncheon at the “Auberge de l’Abbaye” at Bec Helloin
• 14:30    Prommenade through Abbey of Bec Helloin
  

• 15:00    Start of the afternoon drive
• 16:00    Free visit of Beaumesnil Castle
• 17:30    Continuation of the afternoon drive towards Rouen
• 20:30    Dinner at the restaurant of the hotel

SUNDAY 12 APRIL 2009

• 09:30    Start of the morning drive
• 11:00    Tour of Jumièges  Abbey
• 12:00    Continuation of the morning drive towards Saint Wandrille Rançon
  

• 12:30    Luncheon at the restaurant « le relais des 3 vikings» in Saint Wandrille Rançon
• 14:30    Start of the afternoon drive
• 15:30    Stop-over at the lighthouse at Roque’s point with a lovely panorama of the region

• 16:00    Start of the afternoon drive towards Rouen
• 18:30    Start of the grand Concours d’elegance on the forecourt of the hotel
• 20:30    Dinner and price giving ceremony regarding the Concours d’élégance at the restaurant

MONDAY 13 APRIL  2009

• 06:00 – 10:30   A continental breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:30 AM.
• 06:00 – 12:00   Hotel check-out until 12:00 AM and regarding individual expenses.
