The 7th edition of Happy Way took place from 21 till 24 March 2008, conducted by DOMINIQUE LEHERRE.
FRIDAY 21th MARCH 2008- 17.00 à 20.00 Welcome of the rally participants at the hotel MERCURE in Saint Witz. Distribution of your starter pack, including your rally sign, road book and relevant information for the duration of this weekend.
- 20.30 Dinner at the restaurant of the Mercure hotel.
SATURDAY 22th MARCH 2008- 09.30 Start of the morning drive from the hotel.
- 11.30 Walking tour of Van Gogh’s paintings through Auvers-sur-Oise
- 13.00 Luncheon at the Café de la Paix in Auvers-sur-Oise.
- 15.00 Guided tour of the Castle of Auvers-sur-Oise in groups of 20.
- 17.30 Start of the afternoon drive to St. Witz.
- 20.30 Dinner at the restaurant of the Mercure hotel.
SUNDAY 23th MARCH 2008- 09.30 Start of the morning drive from the hotel towards Paris – Champs Elysées
- 10.15 Time to stroll the Champs Elysées (max. 1.5 hours).
- 11.45 Start of the Paris city drive.
- 13.00 Luncheon at the Novotel of Le Bourget.
- 15.00 Free tour of the aeronautical and space museum of Le Bourget.
- 18.00 Start of the return drive to Saint Witz.
- 20.30 Dinner and price giving ceremony at the restaurant of the Mercure hotel.
MONDAY 24th MARCH 2008- Breakfast will be served from 06:00 to 10:30 AM.
- Hotel check-out until 12:00 AM at the latest. Please do not forget to settle up with the hotel regarding individual expenses.
